March 2021 Swap @ Bayswater North

Rats! I’ve just realised that I have forgotten to post photos of the March swap and it’s now April 😛

It was the rats in the garden distracting me – eating all our fruits. It seems many of us are also having the same issue with rodents. Our traps have not been working at all this year as the fruits on our trees are better than peanut butter! We were introduced to this rodenticide called “Racumin” (active ingredient Coumatetralyl) which is a first generation rodenticide that breaks down quickly making it unlikely for wildlife to die from secondary exposure. Out of desperation, we tried it and it has been working well so far. Check out this doc on “Rat Control & Local Wildlife” to find out more about the different rodenticides and how to keep wildlife safe.
