April 2018 Swap @ Bayswater North

It was a colourful autumn swap.  We’ve even got homemade bread rolls in 2 different colours – globe artichoke and capsicum.  Thanks, Bill!

We’ve also got an interesting Asian veggie that is termed ‘Pearl Vege’ in Chinese.  I was told the botanical name is Lysimachia.  However there are so many species of Lysimachia and they don’t look anything like those green leaves.  I’ve found a discussion post referring to it as Lysimachia clethroides Duby but I can’t find any other reference.  If anyone know more about this Asian veggie, please share.  Thanks!
